Also, "choices that matter" in games is honestly a fine balance for me. If a game is too stressful to play b/c I'm busy worrying that every slight choice my character makes will make all my new video game friends hate me and leave (and I don't mean bad choices, I mean like the good answer vs neutral answer) then it's not fun for me.

I don't want every game to be as hard as it is to live real life, isn't it okay to just have a fun game where I can swing a sword or do magic, get a full night's rest, get paid fairly for a job, make a group of friends who you can laugh with "in person" and maybe a little dash of drama to spice things up (maybe a little romance)?

I feel like so many ppl are starting to talk about games in the way they do like DEEP SAD movies they kinda don't understand. Like somehow b/c it's HEAVIER and MORE REAL that makes it a better game when it's all down to personal taste.

go somewhere private to scream (cars are a good option)

punch a pillow

go somewhere outdoors and not busy and just throw whatever you find - rocks, branches, etc

go for a walk, run, workout, whatever suits you. exercise uses up a lot of the stress hormones involved in anger

talk it out with someone who’s happy to listen

if no-one’s available to listen, write down what’s on your mind

deep breaths, music, stims, whatever helps to calm you until you’re in a time and place where you can express yourself more freely

when spoken aloud, 'A.B.O' (Automated Biased Output) should have the distinct pronunciation of an acronym (Aee-Bee-Oh).

the written form becomes a little trickier in the age of social media, where periods and capitalization are often considered optional. therefore, i would suggest a less common punctuation mark to distinguish the acronymic version of "Automated Biased Output"
