Nazi Anti-Semitism is more a consequence of Voelkisch Thought, a specifically German ideology that came to prominence during the nationalist nation-building projects (in the vein of an imagined distinct community, not just a political state-like entity) of late 19th & early 20th century Europe. Whereas most countries that took part in this primarily relied on linguistics and religion (France is the homeland of Catholic French-speakers, Poland is the homeland of Catholic Polish-speakers, etc.), Voelkisch Thought rejected this and instead argued that nations were instead the homeland of races bound by common blood and soil, leading to German genetic purity and the general hatred of any races they deemed inferior. While not the majority ideology, obviously, Voelkism thought held real sway in academic and political circles.

The Nazis rose to power specifically in the wake of Germany's humiliating loss in WW1, which was difficult to really parse for a lot of people because Germany was still occupying French land. This was made only worse by the largely incredibly unstable (including socially, politically, & economically) Weimar Republic that followed the Empire. All this resentment and anxiety led to the stab-in-the-back myth, where the military was succeeding but it was the homefront that failed, particularly thanks to sabotage by Jewish and radical/revolutionary elements (don't forget that Germany basically had a socialist revolution in the immediate aftermath of WW1).

All this meant the stage was set for the Nazis to grift their way into power by playing off the public's anxieties and scapegoating minorities, specifically the Jews, while positioning themselves as an ally against the communists to an agitated Reichstag.
