Without the support of a noble house, Rynn turned to the military to earn her license. She practiced medicine on the front lines, witnessing first hand the horrors that had been wrought by magics the CSO had deemed "forbidden". Adya had seemed such a peaceful country in her youth, but the grim truth was that all of that bloodshed was being kept out of view of the public. The CSO's expansionist methods had thrown the surrounding territories into endless civil wars that showed no sign of stopping short of extinction.
