im glad im part of a system. the people in here are my family, my friends, my partners. i have a kid. i have siblings. i have parents and uncles and aunts. im never really alone. sure sometimes they say dumb things, but im glad they do. it makes me, and them, laugh. im glad im plural. im glad we exist

systems, multiples, plurals, etc. - you're allowed to just experience yourselves. you don't need other people to agree whatever you're experiencing is real - it's real just by you experiencing it. you can trust yourself. it's okay, i promise <3

This Pride Month we are empathizing especially with the system members who don't know their identity, who don't label their identity, or who don't have identities separate from their system members/the collective. With the system members whose identity conflicts with the body in some way. With the systems and members who can't tell what their identity is due to their plurality. With every system who is questioning or confused about their queer identity, or experiences it uniquely. Wishing you all (and every queer system) a very happy Pride. You are seen and believed.

We're proud to be a system!! We're proud to be plural. Being traumaendo means acknowledgement of both our traumagenic and endogenic origins!! It means we won't concede one for the other, and we deserve and need acceptance of both to move forward!! We'll always say with our whole chest that we're both traumagenic and endogenic with pride! Traumaendo systems are powerful and wonderful!!

Shout-out to Gatekeepers who are often cold or uncaring as part of their function. Shout-out to the Caretakers who are often overly bearing or demanding as part of their function. Shout-out to the Persecutors who are often hostile or distrustful of others as part of their function.

plurality is a spectrum. no one's plurality is going to look exactly the same because by nature of plurality, we are all different. some plurals have headspaces, some don't, some have inconsistent headspaces. some plurals have easy communication, some have none, some have difficult communication. some have strong amnesia, some have none, some have weak amnesia. some have really diverse headmates, some have really similar headmates, some have a lot of headmates, some have few headmates. some are disordered, some are not, some lie in an inbetween. some are adaptive, some are spontaneous, some are created. and some of these things can vary from day to day or as systems change over time. plurality is a spectrum, not just a black and white experience
