i'll move on after this, but one of the highlights from my argument with a transandrophobe was when they said that trans women are disproportionately targeted as lolcows (which, afaik, is true) but then, when i said trans men are also targeted in similar ways (which is also true!) they asked me to name 10. as in, 10 trans men that have become lolcows. and acted righteous when i said i couldn't because "they could name 10 trans women who have". look i'm sure that happens and those people exist and that's awful, but i'm just saying that if you can name 10 lolcows, let alone trans ones, and you aren't one of them, i think that says more about you than it does about me. why would i know that. why is that something you would expect someone to know

also like forgive me if i'm wrong, i very well could be, but i was pretty sure a lolcow was like, a really big thing to be. like they get doxxed and targeted by 4chan and kiwi farms and youtube videos are made and tiktok goes crazy over it. someone like tyler catastrophe or chris chan or lily orchard, with some degree of infamy outside of the original place they were discovered. and there's not really that many of them--as in, there isn't hundreds, it's probably more like dozens. the example they used (or, rather, didn't use -- they didn't name names) was that dozens of trans women on tumblr are targeted as lolcows. i didn't get to say this, but i'm not really sure most of the people who are facing tumblr infamy really "count" as lolcows because they don't have any reach outside of this website. i mean i'm sure a few do (i can name at least one) but i feel like if there were, they would be discussed offsite too and i'm everywhere and i never see that happen? then again i'm not on kiwi/4ch/etc so what do i know right?

lowkey it really broke my heart when I realized the trans community is Like That so often like. idk. one of the few things that made me secure in socially transitioning was the belief that wed all be on the same side and kumbaya and shit and I've been fucking. misgendered by (A VERY SMALL PORTION OF) my trans sisters and called a pickme for standing up for my trans brothers and nonbinary siblings and watched my trans sisters who don't fit into acceptable femininity be torn apart and receive all this awful hate and seen how binary perisex trans ppl treat nonbinary and intersex allies and siblings and friends and. idk. idk maybe I'm an idealist I mean any group is gonna have some fucking assholes in it but. can you guys please twig that we are being taken for a ride? that we are being labeled by society at large as a domestic threat, and then torn apart from the inside so that we cannot even stand together against this injustice? for Christs sakes, can you set aside your ego and love
