Roasted butternut squash from the garden w/ brussels sprouts & dried cranberries in dijon vinaigrette with fish sauteed in herbs from the garden.

Used Zucchini, tomatoes, onion, garlic and fresh basil from the garden and mushrooms I found on a hike in this Zucchini mushroom lasagna, so delicious!!  There is no pasta in this dish and I only low fat cheese and chicken sausage. :)

Garden ideas using upcycled materials.  May need to try these for next year!

Last night, made crispy chicken with roasted potatoes! Used rosemary, thyme, oregano and potatoes fresh from the garden... soooo yummy!!!
