The music for this episode was so good that I live again I actually made the piano sheets for this because I wanted to learn how to play it but have it on music box--

.. So I may have or may have not just spent ~5 hours straight making this after the trailer came out ( and I woke up ) Buuuut Weiss is my fave, and any music by Jeff is amazing, so it was completely worth it. Hopefully I did it justice orz

Also, two qrow pieces in a row?? And Qrow isn't even my favourite character in the show. Honestly, I do love his theme a lot-- and when Bad Luck Charm started playing I screamed: then many weeks later I make this.

Originally I was composing this for something else buuut it got rejected-- though it did sound nice so places it here// It’s just a different rendition of Qrow’s theme from RWBY //   I did make a Beacon Academy theme for it in the end tho bUT instead you just get this :'D (fornow) also /coughs// it may or may not be because of Qrow in the latest episode that I made this too--

I made sheets for the piano version of Irony!! It’s super pretty but ahh no one has done it so! I took the liberty to do it on my own. I regretted it but it was entirely worth it okay just take it from me, please.

Hello there, friend!!

First off, I’m a bit confused about your question ;;–Because if you’re using FL Studio, there shouldn’t be a need for recording, especially for a music box cover. Recording is usually for voices in FL studio, or if you don’t want to use FL studio, and simply record from your piano with a music box sound. That’s another thing completely, which I don’t have much knowledge in, so sorry!!

Though, if you’re using FL Studio, you have two choices. What I personally use, is called ‘direct input’, which is clicking in the notes manually on the software itself, with a mouse. The second choice would be to use a MIDI Keyboard. I think some electronic pianos have that function, but you need a cable of sorts to connect it to your computer, then you play the keys on the piano and the notes will be sent into the program. 

However, if you don’t have a MIDI Keyboard or anything of that sort, I would say just use direct input!! Music boxes don’t usually have a way to control their volume, but I tend to keep the bass softer, so that the melody will come out a bit more.
