i love absolutely everything about this scene, iâve rewatched it so many times. the nervousness at the beginning, the yearning, then the excitement and finally the disappointment and frustration. sergei trying to hold onto his polite smile while looking like he could murder the guy, margo in absolute shock. both of them so desperate to keep going, to explore what they are to each other but not ready to take the risk.
i still have one question though, wasnât it actually more suspicious for them to just stand there, staring at each other and saying goodbye for a solid 30 seconds, than to simply step out of the elevator together like nothing happened?? đŠ
