#tbt First time in an adoration room. I’m actually quite ignorant despite being open minded about things and self-proclaiming that I’m a freethinker. Haha! Self-humoring jokes aside, was a series of bad news and edgy moments for the past weeks. Really needed some peace and quiet away from everything. Just pressing a STOP/PAUSE button and set myself away from all external factors. Thanks to a friend who expressed that she finds some peaceful moments in there, I decided to give it a go. Just the intention of having some quiet moments. Spent close to 30mins in there. Embracing the space, the quiet and all the presence inside. Spoke aloud in my head and let everything go. Felt like I really gotten the quiet and peace that I needed inside no matter how short-lived it might be. “Make yourself a priority.
