Food education should really be a larger topic- and I mean besides the nutritional stuff.
Like I just learned that mozzarella and cheese in general has casein proteins, which increases dopamine which improves your mood. So basically it just would have been nice to know that I could've been making meals for taste and mood.
Olive oil, mozzarella, tomatoes, some cracked pepper as a snack? Fatty acids, calcium, improves mood, and tastes good! Helps in the uptake and production of mood improvement chemicals, plus absorption of vitamins like A,D,K!
