My nosebleeds last too long and happen too frequently. I'm pretty sure I could get a nasal cauterisation but i haven't done that yet (i'll put that on my to-do list with 50 other items)

Yesterday at some point in the day another nosebleed happened. I didn't feel like trying to apply pressure and all of that stuff to stop it, and the blood didn't flow out as long as I slightly kept my head raised. I think sometimes i have the survival instincts of a kakapo(?)

It soldified into a block. I thought things would continue to go swimmingly so long i didn't take it out so soon, so I didn't. Anyways while washing my face for the night blood flowed out and followed along my philtrum (because of the position of the barrier) and along the borders of my upper lip, then forming a blood moustache. I thought this looked funny but I didn't take a photo of it

I let the blood blood like normal blood would but it didn't flood nor change colour into that of mud

It was midnight when I woke. I had set an alarm the day before to wake up early to finish some work, so I checked my watch to see if it was near what i set. It wasn't (i set it for 4:35). I didn't immediately go back to sleep since it was hard to breathe through my nose, so i headed into the bathroom and q-tipped the block around. Unfortunately I felt blood start moving again in my nose and went back to bed with its dry taste internally dripping down my throat. Meanwhile the block was still there. Vaguely awake, I twisted and turned and probably temporarily fell asleep and had a short-lasting dream, weird how dreams typically are.

I woke before the ass crack of 3 and half-awake, groaned because I felt as if I weren't getting enough oxygen

I'm too lazy to continue i wrote the above at 5 anyways i went to my kitchen, got water, went back, finished work, then scrolled tiktok and watched some guy on head anatomy and then wrote part of this post

So ye that's the story of yesterday's and today's nosebleed. Have a good day/afternoon/night
