“As long as you’re okay with it,” he says with a smile, casting a quick eye over her. “I hope you like it when you see it then,” he adds with a nod.

"I'm sure I will. Maybe we can watch it together, some day." Liz mused, putting her hands behind her back. "That'd be fun!"

Lost in Paris

"Not sure? I think just a concussion. And I can’t remember, I don’t remember anything that happened last night." He frowned, rubbing his head, “I remember knocking at the door."

"Just a concussion," She repeated with a scoff, finally reaching the door to the outside and rushing out. French curses were heard as she almost bumped into a few people but she made sure to apologize. "Okay, I'll be there in a couple of seconds. I'm sure... I'm sure I can help you out."

“I’m definitely not from around here. I wanted to see what all of the fuss was about, everyone back home seems to talk about how pretty this place is. I guess Paris is pretty, but certainly not as pretty as you.”

"Paris is extravagant," Elizabeth said, hearing the compliment and sheepishly laughing. "You tend to compliment a lot of women, I'm guessing? The complete opposite of my roommate." She chuckled.

“Oh, right, sorry for, uh, assuming I could,” he said with a sheepish smile, mentally kicking himself for his slip up. “You should watch it sometime, it’s great.”

Elizabeth laughed, "Oh, it's alright. I find it kinda cute that you just started callin' me that." She made a mental note to have Booker rent her the movie. "I definitely will!"

Ash stood right back up and grinned at the blush on the girl’s face. “It’s a pleasure to meet you.” Oh boy did he put emphasis on pleasure.

She noted the emphasis and raised a brow for a moment, a small chuckle coming out of her mouth. "So what brings you to Paris, Ash? You don't look like you're from here."

“A beautiful name for a beautiful girl.” Ash took one of her hands into his own and leaned down to give it a kiss. “I’m  Ash.”

A small blush appeared on Elizabeth's cheeks; she was a very naive young woman, and hardly knew anything of the real world-- the only things she had learned were from her time in Columbia and literature-- so this was almost a princely gesture to her. "Why, thank you, Ash. It's nice to meet you."
