I have been a bit special for as long as I can remember! Luckily enough I’ve had my mentally challenged side kick with me all the way!! #magika

I don't often express my feeling as I don't really find it an easy thing to do. So when I find myself going through a very bad patch in life, I find that I need a new medium to share. My name is Allan Smith and I work for an entertainment company. 70% of the time I don't enjoy my job, 30% of the time I absolutely love it. That 30% can often out weigh the 70% but for the last few weeks nothing could make me enjoy the job. It all started about 3 weeks ago, when my papas condition went from fairly poor to "he's not going to get over this". With work I went on a 2day training conference and came back feeling fairly inspired. On my return I found out the news about my Papa. And for the next week or so I watched as he slipped away. I was given a bit of space from work but its just not enough. My papa is now gone and he is with my gran, however that work, if he's in heaven then that's where he is. As my religious beliefs are pretty much non existant I choose the believe what one of my sons told my dad, that my gran & papa are now both stars dancing in the night sky. I thought I was struggling a bit with this, but it turns out I'm struggling a lot. As such I'm beginning to hate my job. I attended another training session, which normally leave me feeling pretty inspired but today I just felt bored and like I wanted to get away from everything. I went to my acting class at RCS Short Courses and my day changed dramatically. We worked on a basic movement performance and collaborated with everyone in the class. Then end result is this video. I've wanted to be an actor for my entire life. Recent events have really made me want to focus on this. My inspiration was.sparked and I left class feeling great tonight. I really don't know what my next stage in life is, but I know that everything needs to focus on me and the children. I hope you enjoy the video.
