Dawn and Dusk, alike but different, both seeking identity in the wrong places. I’m working on a series of card suits about this campaign and it’s really fun. This image was done entirely in Adobe Illustrator because I hate myself.

Got partway into redesigning a redesign that I never finished the first time around, and got stuck again. I like what I have though, so I’ll post it for now. 

A sweet fall funnel spider I saw on an arthropods facebook group I follow. So cute!

Another Illustrator project that I was really fond of by the end. The prompt was to illustrate a poem or children’s story of your choice in a two-page spread using as many tools as possible that we had learned up until that point. I picked a Shel Silverstein poem and just did my best with it. :) 

My final for my Illustrator class -- click for detail. A lot of poses, places, etc. were yanked from online so I won’t take credit for everything idea-wise, but I reproduced nearly all of them freehand while heavily referencing the original pics. This took two weeks to complete. I’m still very proud of my work.

Last week I made a book to remember and love my sweet boy with. This was very cathartic. He will always be my beautiful baby, even if he isn’t here anymore.
