when you’re newly diagnosed with DID, you’re going to find a ton of online groups and discord servers where you can supposedly connect with other people with DID. it is imperative that you do not join those servers

highly encouraging anyone with plans to create their own simply plural alternative to NOT add social features. they arent required for a disability aid and there should be absolutely no priority put into oversharing sensitive information with people. especially for anti endos, it'll be a lot easier to avoid endos flooding the project if they don't have a way to turn it into a public hobby or show-and-tell app
