we will soon be moving to an entirely new account. there isn't any drama reason for this, we just want sysfreak to be our main blog instead of technically being a sideblog. our current main is an editblr blog, and we aren't really active in that community anymore since we've shifted focus to CDD communities. the only way to make this blog into our main is to make a new account, so that we'll do! this blog will be kept up for archival purposes, as we have a few coining posts here and other relatively useful/informative posts that we don't want to be deleted.

Who knows about your system? Who do you want to know? What do you feel like it’s like coming out as multiple?

A handful of our friends that we know IRL know about our system. Some of them knew for a few years, and others we just recently were comfortable with telling. Our friends have been so kind to us and very supportive, as well as asking questions in a very respectful manner. We love them all so much. It's scary when you're building up the nerve to say it, but in all of our experiences with telling others we've never had any sort of negative reaction so far. It's made it easier to do.

We would like to tell our mother and the rest of our family one day, but we're not sure how exactly that would go. Our family knows some of the things that have happened in our childhood, but only our mom knows all of the details. She even knows more than we do sometimes, with how little we can remember on the average day.

For starters, we are a DID system. We're a bit on the larger side, with a headcount in the 100s range, and are quite fictive heavy. We're very close-knit, generally, and many of us have in-system relationships that can sometimes be stronger than our external ones.
