What my night at work looked like. For all who know what this is, this is after readyfill. We had 24 pages, but were able to get it down to 18 before readyfill dropped. 13 pages were late. Day staff was still filling 1pm scripts at 9pm. It was a FUUUUUN night. Sad thing is readyfill will still be waiting for me tonight.

Update!! I just happened upon this today.

This is average for me now!! I'm so used to it, it's not even funny. I go in at 9pm and day staff is still filling stuff from 2-5pm. I'm lucky if I can even get it below 99+ before readyfill drops. Instead of that 10-13 page readyfill that we used to get, it is now 15-23. God, I miss those days.

Pharmacy PSA: ALWAYS have your ID and some form of payment. I can't tell you how many times we've had people come to pick up prescriptions that need an ID and don't have it on them. Wtf are you driving without it? It literally doesn't matter if you live five minutes away. We can't sell you the prescription without it. You're just making more work for yourself. Also, don't expect your prescriptions to always be no charge. I say 'no charge' because even if you are on government assistance and aren't paying for your meds, someone else is. That said, most OTCs aren't covered, at least in my state. So just bring some money just in case. Why go to the ER, let the doctor prescribe Tylenol, have the pharmacy fill it, find out there's a charge, then NOT pick up because 'Oh, I have some at home.' You're wasting everyone's time for some Tylenol you had at home. Bet if it were 'free' you'd pick it up.
