2016 hurt my feelings 

this wasn’t a kid with issues or an islamic attack this was a full grown adult man who had easy access to guns and who specifically targeted members of the lgbt community,, please don’t let any news headline or tabloid take away from the fact that the worst mass shooting in american history was a direct hate crime against innocent lgbt kids

my thoughts and love go out to the victims of tonight’s shooting in Orlando, their families and friends. there is way too much hate in the world, way too much violence and i hope one day we will see that changed. 

I hope every media creator who has been killing us off onscreen for shock value and drama comes to terms with the fact that this shit isn’t fictional.

the first time EVER scientists managed to spot a pair of deep sea octopi mating it turned out to be 1. two males and 2. two males of different species 3. the much smaller octopus was clearly topping. neither of the octopi showed any sign of distress, so they clearly were into it, and octopi are too smart not to know what they were doing. source

the animal kingdom is a lot gayer than people want you to believe.

i’m so so sad for other lgbt people (especially youth) who were excited to go their first pride this year and are now terrified to go or are cancelling their plans. i’m sorry that these spaces were taken from you before you could really use them. i’m so sorry that avoiding safe spaces has become a survival tactic.
