I am very partial to caliborn (so sorry calliope themed blog haha) i think hes so funny. Why is he like twelve and so mad all the time. He is like an annoying brother to me.

Aranea, ofc, is very close to the top!! Shes so perfect im sorry Aranea did nothing wrong. Shes so interesting- Wait actually nvm hitting on Jake so hard that one time was weird. BUT SO FAR AS ACTUALLY PLOT RELEVANT STUFF. Aranea did nothing wrong. Also i just love her character design.

I really disliked Dirk for a looooong time but im starting to come around on him for the same reasons i like caliborn i think. As long as one considers Dirk to be an annoying little brother figure you can find intrigue in his crazy monologuing. I very much like cal.

I also really enjoy Terezi. Of all the trolls i think she has a uniquely human sorta personality. Or at least she feels like a more grounded character than her peers.

Honorable mentions because i dont like them for plot reasons i like them because of the extensive fandom characterization: kurloz+mituna (some unbelievably fire fic of them on ao3 man…) and porrim. And latula. Ohhh how i wish latula got more screen time!!!!!
