A shotgun variant compared to the previous machine gun version. Uses the same nail ammo and still no alt fire. Fires 5 nails at once and with decent rate of fire, does pretty beefy damage when they all land.

An ice variant of the Pain Elemental. Has a short-range frost breath and summons Chiller Souls, very aggressive Lost Souls that shoot ice projectiles, but both types of monsters frequently infight.

Uses its own nail ammo. Has considerable spread and no alt fire. Has a lower max count than the chaingun but does slightly more damage.

Glass cannon units, low health but use freeze rifles that will quickly make you a Doomsicle. They don't drop these rifles on death but do drop 1 plasma cell. Don't infight or take damage from each other.

No, not the Quake dude. A zombie army ranger. Fires triple burst at close range, single shots at longer ranger. Decently accurate and dangerous.

Dual-wield handguns that use the same bullet ammo. Right gun is stronger + accurate single fire, left gun is weaker + faster burst-fire. Require reloading but it's super fast.

A faster chaingun with a high falter rate. No alt fire. Fires immediately when triggered, but can't fire again until it finishes its short spin-down.

The Lost Soul variants from Doom 3: Resurrection of Evil. Same amount of health, but more aggressive and homes in instead of having a straight linear charge.

Love me meltagun, love me Emprah. A REALLY strong plasma beam weapon with good range and perfect accuracy that just melts enemies. No alt fire or splash damage. Will overheat with heavy use but 3 heatsink upgrades extend it.

Supposedly flies but doesn't seem very interested in getting its lazy ass off the ground. As tough as a regular Imp but launches 3 stronger fireballs in rapid succession.

Doesn't launch demon rockets, just big fireballs. No splash radius, no burning effect, no alt fire. Damage is so low it doesn't even one-shot an Imp with a direct hit. At least it holds plenty ammo.

Big fly that spawns smaller flies. These have 1-damage attacks and die at just a touch, but the Fly King is tough enough to survive ONE Doomguy punch. Either way, it's small and hard to hit.

Very weak ambient monsters, possibly Hellgrowth parasites. Wandering Eyes are completely harmless, but Hungry Eyes hide among them and will slowly nip after you if you get close. Only dangerous in groups and quickly lose interest.

Uses custom .44 caliber rounds. No alt fire, holds 6 shots before reloading. Killer design and sounds, but damage is only a bit higher than the basic pistol. Needs a buff or best in mods with zombie-type enemies.

The infamous Archvile variant from Project Brutality, fortunately now a much weaker mid-tier enemy. This wannabe Slender Man will disappear completely, occasionally teleport and throw a basic fireball at you.

Basically the same as the previous LMG. Maybe lower damage, maybe higher pain chance? About average chaingun replacement.

A tiny atrophied Cacodemon variant, even has blue blood. Might be a Caco embryo or Hellgrowth parasite. Eyeless and very low health, but moves erratically and takes quick bites while spitting weak fireballs.
