Okay so, I tried to sort tools and equipment in categories. Some of them you can craft yourself, some you need help building or fixing before you can use them. Not all of the items below follow the same rules. It’s difficult to differentiate what counts as a tool and what’s just DIY.
As always, there are just concepts. Nothing is set in stone.

This is concept art to my purely hypothetical farm simulator game with the current working title A Plot In The Haze. It's set in a fictional Central Europe and NOT in North America.
