発達障害の人の細切れ問題

発達障害の人のパターンでよくあるのが、「言っていいことと悪いことの区別がつかない」という問題である。他人の立場に立つ(視点移動)ができないということ以外に、物事を断片的にしか把握できないことが原因にあるように思う。話を聞いても聞き落とす以外に、いくつかの要素を有機的に結合してとらえることができないのだ。

Aさんと発達障害の人Bさんが話をしていて

A　　「Cさんは時々ミスがあるけど仕事が早くて期限はちゃんと守る」

するとBさんは、Cさんに

C　　「Aさんがあなたのことをミスが多いと言ってたよ」

ここだけを強調していったりする。文脈というものがないし、その発言がどんな事態を引き起こすかも予測が全くできない。

本人は本当のことを言ったのだからと全く反省なし。

なかなか難しい問題である。

程度はあれ、当人自覚がないパターンはものすごく厄介で、深く関わる人の人生めちゃくちゃにしていく。
