Sam's place in LA was cool and all but sometimes Rick felt as if it was too big. It didn't seem to have any warmth to it, and in the dead of night when he should have been sleeping in the spare room in Sam's mansion, Rick decided he needed something with more 'heart'. Perhaps that's why he found himself walking to Sam's room and letting himself in, before climbing into Sam's bed and curling up next to his friend. Living in luxury was one thing, but it meant nothing without getting to share it.

Okay for living in repurposed shipping containers, his house was pretty big, but he wouldn’t call it a mansion by any stretch of the imagination. Though whatever. Though it was a pretty damn swanky bachelor pad if Sam did say so himself. As he felt the other body curling up against his own, he starts a bit, but when he realizes it’s Rick, the blond can’t stop himself from turning to draw the other close, cuddling him as he lets out a breath.
He liked Rick. Rick was easy. Rick was drama free. Rick was calming. And gods knew Sam needed that badly. So in turn that meant… he needed Rick badly. Sam lets out a breath as he rests his head against the brunette’s.
This was definitely one of Rick’s better ideas. He could quite happily stay here in Sam’s arms for as long as Sam would let him stay there. He was warm, he was comfortable, he was content. And yet, was that enough?
Underneath the surface of his comfortable content-ness, there was something else stirring inside of Rick. He wanted more than just comfort. But did he have the guts to venture out of the comfort zone him and Sam had created while snuggled in Sam’s bed?
Fortunately for Rick, Sam acted so he didn’t have to. He let Sam tilt his face up, and as Sam’s lips came into contact with his own, he returned the kiss with relief spreading through him at a rapid rate. His hand came up to cup Sam’s face, not let him pull back and end the kiss just yet. Rick wanted this to last as long as possible, savor it, memorize the feeling of Sam’s lips against his own.
The relief Flynn felt as the other returned the gesture was be felt in the relaxing of his muscles. Leanly muscled arms came to wrap around the other more, securing the younger against his body as they kissed. The tilts his head into the hand as they kiss, managing to keep contact between their lips. Cause Sam didn't want this to be over just yet either. As they kissed, Sam bunched the fabric of Rick's shirt up in his hand and pressed into him.
There is a momentary break in the contact of their lips for Sam to gasp for air before he's pressing right back in to the kiss. "Mmmph..." he huffs softly against the other. Though Sam can feel those urges rising and he has to pull back, breathing heavily, shakily. His head ducks and presses against Rick's collar bone, as he draws the other once again close. He breathes in the smell of Rick, gripping at him, trying to calm down.
"I-I need you..." he stutters, voice weak and failing him. He needed Rick in so many ways. But those three words were all he could manage.

Whoops. That was a huge misinterpretation of the guy’s age, not that he didn’t look young enough, still. He was much older than Dick. There is a minute shake of his head, the masked vigilante’s attention upon Sam as he spoke, or rather yelled in his frustration. “No, in fact, I did not see it. Why the hell else would I have tackled you out of the air?” Shaking his head once more, Dick sighed, watching as Sam paced back and forth. Whilst points were made, he also couldn’t be bothered to apologize. If Sam had genuinely been attempting to jump? He wasn’t looking for gratitude, or even trying to gain some sort of publicity for saving the rich kid-owner of some business or other.
“I apologize if I interrupted your tranquility.” Genuine at least in that, he shifts faintly, hands folding across his chest. “But I am not sorry for stopping you. As valid as your points are, jumping from buildings like that.” Shaking his head lightly, Dick sighs. “You shouldn’t.” Not that he was really one to talk.
"Oh god you're one of those pricks." he spat, pointing at Dick. "You're the kind of self righteous asshole who thinks you're in the right when you stop some one from jumping." he laughs. "Jesus fucking christ." he puts his hands on his hips. "What if I was jumping, what if I wanted it to all be over?" he tilts his head. Leaving out that there was that point in his life. "Who the hell are you to take my choice away from me? My bodily autonomy?" he frowns. "I could sue you for assault." he shakes his head and begins pacing again.
"You're not fuckin' sorry don't god damn lie." he snaps. Sam didn't trust, and with good reason. "No I can, and I will, and I do." he looks the man in the face. "You don't get to tell me I shouldn't, no one does."

"Dude I just crawled into your bed in the middle of the night without an invite. I think we’re past just being friendly," Rick muttered, a smile lingering on his lips as he spoke despite his voice sounding sleepy.
Rick’s sleepy kind of smile evolved into a sleepy kind of grin as Sam’s lips pressed a kiss against Rick’s hair. “Now we’re definitely passed being just friendly,” he teased before he nuzzled his nose against the nape of Sam’s neck. “I could get used to this, y’know?”
"Fair point..." he chuckles. A calloused hand gently rubs at Rick's back in a soothing manner. It was odd, but Sam liked the way the other felt under hand. The smooth curve of his spine and the minute muscles that were stretched over it. He wasn't bad on the eyes either. Sam shut his eyes tightly and tried to push those thoughts from his mind. He didn't know how Rick felt or what he was into and he didn't want to chase off this small comfort.
Though the other's words and the nuzzling make him shudder a bit and he closes his eyes tightly. "Yeah.... " he says softly. "I could too..." he lets out a breath and falls silent, holding Rick close. Then he inwardly says 'fuck it' to his thoughts. Cause like everything in his life, he screws it up somehow, so why not? Sam gently takes Rick by the chin and tilts his head up so his face is to Sam. Flynn utters a quietly apology before he leans in, pressing his lips firmly against Rick's a kiss, eyes sliding shut.
Sam prepares to get pushed away, hit, rejected. Though at least for a moment he gets to enjoy the feeling of those soft, plush lips against his own.

If Rick had been more awake, he might have paused to consider what that might mean. "S’all good," he mumbled as he nuzzled at Sam again. "You’re comfy."
"I thought I got... a little too friendly..." he murmurs softly. He notices the other following him and he decided to try again, slowly reaching out to draw the younger male close again. He breathes out and rests his chin on Rick's head. "Thanks..." he said in a quiet reply. "You're not so bad yourself." he smiles. Flynn liked the way the other felt against him. How well their bodies meshed. He could get used to this.
Taking in a breath he tilts his head downward to press a kiss against soft, dark brown hair.

Rick was expecting Sam to move or even acknowledge his presence as he crawled into his bed. Sam often didn’t sleep too well but Rick guessed that this might be one of the nights Sam actually did get some rest. All Rick wanted was to feel the weight of someone else in the bed with him, so he knew he wasn’t alone.
When Sam turned over to face him and cuddled up closer, Rick smiled. He couldn’t help it. If he had felt daring enough, he would’ve said that being cuddled by Sam made him feel all warm and fuzzy, but he didn’t want to spoil the moment. Instead he nuzzled himself a little closer and let out a long, happy sigh.
The nuzzling closer encourages him to pull the young man closer. In fact his arms wind around Rick now, pulling him solidly against his body. He may have been half asleep, but a part of him was scared he might be taking this a little too far now. After a moment of debate, he pulls back just a bit. "S-Sorry..." he mutters lowly.

I can’t believe I have 3,000 followers. I never imagined I would, first off, be running an RP blog for over two years because I don’t really stick to one thing for too long or that I would have this many people wanting to interact with me. I am so incredibly grateful to all of you, and I am just amazed that I made it this far. When I first began role-playing it was off of a side-blog connected to my main, and I ended up having to delete it and start a new one where I role-played a college version of MCU Tony Stark. Eventually I deleted that too, which some of you guys know if you’ve been with me for that long, and I started it up again with two muses from MCU and now here I am with my lil 616 Tony blog— look how far we’ve come.

Sam sleepily blinks a few times and looks over at his omega and grins. “Not at all, the Flynn’s Arcade is the comfiest.” Sam then yawns and stretches a bit.
Tony felt his ears begin to burn as he once more buried his face into his alpha’s chest. Biting his lip hard, the omega deliberated further over things he had thought about for a long while. “I…I do want it. I want you, Sam.” He murmured after a time, curling further against his warmth. Tony knew he liked Sam, very much, but he wasn’t sure if he loved him just yet.
While the alpha has of course been very good to him, Tony just didn’t know if he was quite ready to open himself like that. The first step was, of course, having Sam help him through his heat; something he very much looked forward to if he were to be truthful.
Sam blinks when the other curls more tightly into him and gently rubs at his back. "That's good to hear... but I still want to do things on your terms." he nods. He then leans to kiss the top of Tony's head, breathing in his scent, letting out a pleased hum as he did. And it was okay, Sam didn't expect Tony to feel the same way he did right away, that was just him. Sam would always love his omega.
"Is there anything I need to know before then?" he asks. He gently tilts Tony's head up to look him in the eyes. "Like certain things you need, or things you like?" he tilts his head. "Favorite kinds of foreplay, specific attention or touching, favorite positions?" he asks. Sam steals a soft kiss from his omega before pulling back. "I just want it to be good for you." he nods.
