u know what... it may be true that most pollution is caused by large corporations but repeating that like a mantra over and over whenever youre asked to do something environmentally conscious but personally inconvenient really makes it feel like youre just shirking responsibility... recycling and using public transport and eating less meat or taking the bus or using reusable water bottles/coffee cups maybe wont change the world overnight but these are all things that will impact the environment over time, and to just go “well im not CEO of a fuel company so i wont bother” is so lazy and... irresponsible

All women are forced to live under an arbitrary and unfair system which sorts us into the categories of “Fuckable” and “Worthless.” The solution to this is NOT to expand the definition of “Fuckable.”

“All women are beautiful” is a cute sentiment and all but it’s ultimately the wrong one. All women are valuable, all women are people, whether you can be generous enough to find unconventional beauty in their appearance or not.

this is what i mean when i say “actually tolerance isn’t all that bad” this guy says several times that he doesn’t understand and even is uncomfortable, but that that isn’t what matters. imo, that’s how tolerance works.

true tolerance is, “i don’t have to understand, because you don’t need my permission to live. my job as a member of your community is to have your back, whether i understand your situation or not.”
