I like to imagine younger Monks just saying the most unhinged shit and the adding that it's a quote from Beauregard Lionett. Like it's 50/50 wether they're making up shit or she actually did say it. And sometimes it's real philosophical advice that's just really crass and unhinged.
A wise women once said "The dildo of consequences often comes to fuck you unlubricated." -Beauregard Lionett
I imagine Scanlan to be similar. Like people will teach his songs, poems and plays and he'll have written the most beautiful poem and everyone thinks it's about love or the cyclical nature of war, and anyone who knows him personally knows it's a dick joke but also about love and the cyclical nature of war.
