1. Is imfupdates associated with the official Mission: Impossible team, Bad Robot Productions, Skydance Media, TC Productions or Alibaba Productions?
We are not affiliated with the Mission: Impossible filming crew or any of the studios involved in the production. We are just a team comprised of a few fans of the franchise, who seek to deliver the most up-to-date news we can get our hands on to those who are interested.
2. Does imfupdates consider tabloids (Daily Mail, The Sun) to be official news?
We do not consider tabloids to be official news sources. We only share information from sources that we find proper and fact-checked, and that have journalistic integrity.
3. Can I interview imfupdates regarding the MI7/MI8 filming?
Absolutely, although we do not advise it, as we gather our news/pictures/videos from online sources which you can easily find with our navigation system. Therefore, we might not exactly be the interviewee you are looking for. If you still insist, go ahead!
4. I have been noticing imfupdates has been quiet for a period of time, is there any news regarding the filming process?
If we are quiet, it means there isn't any news to share with all of you. Rest assured: if there is any news, we will always be here to tell our followers all about it!
5. Am I allowed to repost your content?
The majority of our posts consists of content from other people, which we source and credit when necessary. For some content, we have even received special permission to share it with our followers. Therefore, we’d rather you refrain from reposting any content from us, and instead go directly to the source that we have provided.
For the posts that contain images/videos/transcripts belonging to us, we would really prefer if you’d share our original post instead of reposting it. Our team will forever be grateful.
