paris and grace don't have surnames, and i am sure those are not their real names either. and it makes me think about the premise of the imf - we live and die in the shadows for those who we know (ethan, benji, luther, etc. all those who have a true identity or belong to any "actual" agency) and those we never meet (grace and paris)
there are people who will be the face of good things, but behind them there are unknown ones who are part of the process too. they are needed for good things to happen, even when their names are not known.
and i find that beautiful, because grace and paris may not have a great development in the past-present-future way, but they show us how they want to do good in spite of adversity.

grace’s best character quality is that she was brave. she was absolutely terrified of gabriel, the key, the entity, and even ethan right up until the end of dead reckoning. she was just a thief. she wasn’t doing end of the world nonsense before she met ethan. almost everything she did with the IMF team, she did scared. she had very few choices but she chose to be brave. and she chose to be brave again and again and again.
