So in Ghoul's concept art, we see that there is an elbow sleeve as part of the design, to me it looks like a compression sleeve that's how I've always interpreted

But I was looking for reference photos for my buddy's cosplay this summer and noticed something I didn't fully put together before. @505sunshine had pointed out that in SING! Ghoul actually wears a proper mechanical elbow brace

This is something used for recovering and support for things like elbow fractures and dislocations, and I had been thinking the compression sleeve is for daily pain management/support but after the clap with the Dracs when the Girl was kidnapped, he fucked it up again, thus the proper brace, but then I noticed

The compression sleeve is on the other arm. So both his arms are fucked up.

Maybe that had been pointed out before and I just missed it, but I really thought it had just been one support swapped out for another and figured, yeah, that made sense he probably fell on the fucked up and fucked it up more. But nope. Both his arms are messed up.
