I’ll just describe the video because I didn’t think it would go there since the video’s on the surface web, and I found the video on Twitter of all places. (And the Tweet just said “that escalated quickly” of all things.)

The video is of a man shooting somebody to death OVER GARBAGE!

So basically the man in orange (Howard) was trying to get rid of a mattress in an area where these two stupid fucking hicks (John and Michael Miller) pulled a GUN on him because the mattress was in a “slightly inconvenient place.”

Howard’s common-law wife (Kara) took a video when she saw the guns because that’s usually more than enough of a warning sign for people. NOT TO THESE TWO THOUGH! Michael shot Howard to death just because he was mad at him!

The sad thing is, I’m more surprised that they didn’t kill Kara and Howard’s brother as well than I am that this happened in Texas.

And, (probably because this is Texas) THEY’RE FREE AFTER PAYING A 25K BAIL!

THESE PEOPLE, WHO KILLED A PERSON OVER GARBAGE ARE FREE!

Something that I and most other pro gun control people don’t seem to mention that this is exactly why we want gun control. Probably because it should go without saying!

When a person is really mad, they want to hurt or destroy something. You see it all the fucking time with people punching others or pulling each other’s hair just to inflict pain on the person they’re mad at.

Now when that really mad person has a gun, you get this and school shootings! AT LEAST when you punch somebody, you can take it back and try to ask for forgiveness after a night in jail. And also NOBODY WILL DIE!

Using a gun on somebody almost automatically means death for that somebody. If the person dies, you will forever be branded as a murderer.

These two especially are forever going to be “the two crazy people who will murder over nothing.” And for now at least, Texas will be “the state who lets crazy murderers loose over only 25,000 dollars.”

Even his fiance says the dead guy went to get a baseball bat, and claims he threw it past the two men. Which might count as attempted assault with a deadly weapon. 

You can ask how long it will take for the pizza to get to you, and they will tell you how far away a dispatcher is.

My flat-mate’s date for the night was almost as drunk as her.  She had passed out in her room and locked the door.  He refused to leave because he wanted to have sex.  He also demanded food because he was dealing with “whiskey dick”.  He didn’t like the lack of food in the fridge.  I called 911, did the stuff stated above, and he was getting PISSED about how long the “order” was taking.  He took my phone, demanded they “hurry the fuck up”.  Police arrived two minutes later, arrested him, and helped me file a police report.  Pressing charges wasn’t necessary because he had warrants on him from THREE different states for the very thing he planned to do to me.  Several months after this happened one of the officers informed me he was charged with two felonies because he crossed stay lines, and will be serving no less than 35 years in prison.  The officer ripped into my flat-mate about her bringing home complete strangers, while drunk, knowing full well this shit could happen. 

This was 14 years ago.  

Do the pizza order, do it as calmly as you can.  The dispatcher I spoke to said things like this:

“If he’s drunk say you want mushrooms.”  I said I want extra mushrooms.

“If he’s threatening you with sexual assault say you want onions.”  I said I want onions.

She went like this with different toppings and sauces for a description of him, like pineapple if he’s blonde, black olives if he’s tall, extra large if he’s tall, etc.
