love the idea of buck finding someone on a dating app and going on a casual date. they both have a really good time. maybe they sleep together maybe they don’t. but the date ends up looking up buck’s insta after it’s all over and of course sees so many photos of eddie & chris all over buck’s page. and this is why eddie one day randomly gets dms from a total stranger apologising and confessing that he should know that his husband’s stepping out on him. eddie our totally normal guy doesn’t clear any of this up and just says thanks for letting me know. then blocks the guy.

I'm sure I've said it before but I absolutely love the idea that Chris doesn't know Buck's first name. Like if someone were to call him Evan, Chris would look around in confusion trying to find who they're talking about. As far as Chris knows for the first few years of his life his second dad's name is in fact Buck Buckley until he's old enough to stop and think about it long enough to realize that's ridiculous and he must have an actual name.
