It's Quaker Sampling III by With My Needle done on linen. I only have about a quarter of the piece left.

Encountered this green tree frog in my toilet this morning in densely populated suburban Australia. He has such big eyes!

I live in a townhouse with a small patch of grass backyard and this big old passionfruit lives in a pot with some trellises but it has never let that stop it. The passionfruits it has produced over the years are absolutely divine - a deep mustard colour inside and so thick and sweet.

My stitching buddy is sound asleep and snoring while I stitch away happily on this peaceful Sunday evening.

The black is a bit gappy, and I could have used the couching method to fix that, but I figured with how big this piece is and the amount of extra floss that would take I couldn't be bothered. I also could've used 3 strands of floss but I don't love the way it looks (lumpy) and because I use the railroad method when I place my stitches so the strands lay flat (see previous hatred of lumpiness) and because I loathe tail starting my threads - loop start or death for me. Once it's hung on a wall you won't see the gaps in the black unless you're right on top of it. So I'm fine with the gaps.
