Upped tartness variability across all cultivars by 4% (for balance).

Slightly decreased average skin hardness to make early game easier.

Bugfix: When Cinderella quest is active, stroke of midnight will no longer cause non-quest related vehicles elsewhere in the world to transform into pumpkins.

Default pumpkin types are now orange instead of neon blue for consistency with the "autumn" color palette; the memory manager will automatically patch all users' memories on load to ensure they remember them as always having looked this way.

Poltergeists possessing jack-o-lanterns can now ignite the internal candle without automatically exorcising themselves.

Pumpkin farms now cache local pumpkins, reducing disk lookups by up to 85%.

Bicyclists will no longer attempt to use pumpkins to inflate tires unless they A) have the "horribly confused" status effect, or B) are capable of successfully inflating a tire this way (e.g. users with slapstick ≥ 42 or 3+ levels of visual pun proficiency).

Pumpkins that catch fire will no longer be required to attend graduation before putting themselves out.
