The question is, why did he storm off the stage? 

It was an odd exit. I probably would describe it as “storming off” cos he didn’t rush off, it was just really, really, really, really odd! I wonder is he was just not enjoying BTTI this year & struggled to hide his mood? Did I mention it was odd?

He told us we weren't loud enough and jokingly threatened to put the guitar down and walk off stage if we didn't get louder. He said something about how he had only seen that done at metal shows but that we might see something like that later in the show. He then melted all of our faces with "Devil's Nachos," laid his guitar against an amp to create an obnoxiously loud echo, and ran off as he alluded to earlier. I think he was giving us the rockstar exit he promised, and on top of that it was a genius way to disappear before anyone could mob him. He didn't seem mad, upset, annoyed, etc. to me, just trying play up the rockstar exit he's probably always wanted to do. I think people are reading too much into nothing.
