*I have decided not to rate this post yet, in order to allow for any disagreements regarding the dates I have found. 

Some of the years I have found are different to OP’s, particularly the ones regarding trans history - and, in all fairness, finding reliable information on this stage of history can be difficult, and some information has been lost (for example, the Institute for Sexual Science, a pioneer of trans healthcare, was raided by Nazi’s in 1933, and its library and archives were destroyed). 

Furthermore, some of the items on the graph were not so much a single invention, so much as a process of invention, and as such it could be debated when they truly ‘began’.

1917 - One of the first transmasculine hysterectomy surgeries. [1] [2]

1928 - Penicillin discovered. [1]

1930′s - HRT was reportedly used by Magnus Hirschfeld for the treatment of trans people. [1] [2]

1931 - The first vaginoplasty for a transgender woman. [1] [2] [3]

1935 - Estrogen was used for the first time to treat dysmenorrhea in cis women. [1]

1946 - The first use of chemotherapy to treat cancer. [1] [2]

1949 - The first successful phalloplasty for trans men. [1]

1957 - The first birth control pill was approved by the FDA. [1]

1959 - First generation plastic IUDs were invented, gaining popularity through the 60′s. [1] [2] [3]

1962 - Modern total hip replacement was first invented. [1] [2]

1967 - First heart transplant. [1]

1971 - The MMR vaccine was first used. [1]

1980 - Puberty blockers used to treat precocious puberty in children. [1]

1988 - Puberty blockers used for a child with gender dysphoria for the first time. [1]

1991 - The first Hepatitis A vaccine was approved. [1]

1994 - Adderall first marketed for ADHD. [1]

2006 - The first HPV vaccine was approved. [1]
