In Wario Land 4, the Sound Room CD "Driftwood & the Island Dog" is actually mistranslated from Japanese through the simple mistake of the translator overlooking a single character.

The original title is "Driftwood & the Irish/Ireland Dog", using the word "アイルランド" (Ireland). This word is only one character off from "アイランド" (Island), highlighted in the image.

This error would be understandable, though perhaps not expected from a professional translator such as the ones employed by Nintendo, if not for the fact that the background behind the dog is literally the flag of Ireland, which also had to have been overlooked in order for the mistranslation to get through.
