Stop telling people to get over it because how can you get over something that is hurting inside of you? You learn to get through it and to survive it.

I maybe the sun,

An item can’t be fixed with only half of it’s pieces. It’s left with only half of it’s working functions or none at all. That’s what people do to people,

I don’t think bravery is a choice because if it was that easy we'd all choose it. Bravery is not giving up. Bravery is having hope, it's holding on and knowing when to let go. Bravery is believing, bravery might just be the tiny voice that says I’m going to try. Bravery is I will do this.

My head is just above the water, I’m tired of swimming I can’t continue much longer, the waves are taking me under.

If I need to fall, I hope to do so like Autumn, beautifully and silently. Accepting its time to let go, and taking time to regrow.

I hear the words you said to me repeatedly, even when your not around.

I feel it in my throat. I wont let the river flow, not here not now. Come on be strong, keep blinking. My voice isn’t clear I don't want to speak, please don’t make me. The drumming of my heart isn’t helping, Not now please not now.

If Flowers could talk they'd say leave me alone, don’t pull me apart. But nobody can hear flowers. Just like no one can hear anxiety.

I will get through this, because I have something which most people give up on.

Poetry is so much more than words on paper. It’s a voice for the words unspoken. It’s emotions heartbreaks and memories. It’s saying to it’s readers "I’ve felt it too” Poetry is saving the minds and hearts of people.

It’s not just the voice in your mouth that speaks. Your heart and mind speak too. The only difference is they only speak to you.

All the Poetry and Quotes tell us to be ourselves, but why are we reading this? how has something so simple become so difficult.

She grew into a different direction because with you she'd stay stuck, she realised she couldn’t bloom with you.

Everything gives me butterflies. But you give me the good kind.
