This guy used to be the athletic person everyone wanted to be, toned abs, huge arms and pecs. His photos matched how he looked in person.

As the years have passed this guy has gained hard but is in denial, maintaining the profile of his old self. Long gone are his chiselled physique, his arms have shrunk, and his abs have disappeared.
