Vampire!Zanka who feeds from Jabber bc Zanka got a taste of his blood once on accident and now Jabber is his favorite. Jabber loves every step of the process. The fact they sneak around about it, the way they fight for dominance before hand, the way Zanka fights when he’s hungry, the unspoken rule that Jabber needs to lose, and finally, the aggressive way Zanka takes his prize is Jabber’s favorite. Once Jabber has lost, Zanka pins him down so forcefully that you’d think that Jabber had a tendency to juke Zanka out and keep fighting (never when they fight to feed, Jabber never does it then). Then, Zanka bites like he’s trying to tear Jabber to bits. Digs his fangs in as deep as they can go and gnaws until Jabber’s body is numb around the bite. Zanka feeds until Jabber is dizzy and lightheaded and damn near high off it. Sometimes, Jabber even passes out. Secretly, those are his favorite times. He likes the way he wakes up all patched up with Zanka sitting there gnawing his nails, all worried that he’d killed his favorite blood bag.
Zanka has some kind of deep rooted shame about feeding from people to begin with, but animal blood is not only extremely hard to come by, but also disgusting. Random members of the Cleaners would donate to him, and sometimes he’d be allowed to feed from the blood bags of donated blood needed for surgeries and what not, but those blood bags always tasted like plastic.
Jabber? It’s almost addictive. There’s a bitter bite from the body pollution that Zanka knows is bad for the both of them, but he can’t stop. Sometimes, he receives a hit from the most recent drug Jabber had taken, and it only makes the addiction worse. And God, the way Jabber eggs him on and the sounds he makes when Zanka does go harder, it’s almost divine.
He’s stopped normal feedings. He only feeds once a week now, and so he’s practically starved whenever he meets with Jabber. It’s almost the best way. He’s always on the verge of psychosis from the lack of blood, and the fight makes his instincts remove all caution. He knows Jabber loves it. It almost makes it better. It eases his dirty conscious about it.
He misses their meet up one week. Some mission popped up and he had to revert back to regular feedings. Jabber is irked about it and when they meet up again the next week, he’s delighted to see that Zanka has damn near reached insanity. The fight is quick that week, with Zanka refusing to play around and biting out orders to stop when Jabber tries to fight the first time Lovely Assistaff has him pinned. The bites are harder too. More violent and short, leaving Jabber riddled with wounds.
It’s that time that Jabber has drugged himself a few hours before with an aphrodisiac.
It’s that visit that ends with Zanka and Jabber fucking until, and passed the point that, Jabber falls unconscious. It’s that visit when Jabber wakes up with Zanka closer than ever, regularly feeling Jabber’s pulse and gnawing on Jabber’s shoulder instead of biting his nails off.
That visit changes everything.
