After spending the last few sets traveling the globe and fully indulging in our glamping era, it’s finally time to pack up the tents and head back home.

Since we are arriving back at the estate, it only made sense to start this next chapter right where you walk through the doors: the grand foyer. The entryway sets the tone for the entire manor, so I wanted this collection to really capture that historic, slightly intimidating "old money" vibe from the second your Sims step inside.

Here is a little peek at what’s waiting in the entryway:

Imposing Architecture: Sweeping skylights for your grand halls and a beautiful timber floor medallion to anchor the space.

Heavy Antiques: A massive stone console and a fierce, feline-footed center table.

The Suitor's Seat: A beautifully carved wooden chair with zero cushions—perfect for testing the patience of waiting guests.

Welcome to Part 8 of the Del Sol Collection, and the official grand opening of the kitchen area! Because I wanted to get the hand-crafted, tumbled look of the Spanish tiling absolutely perfect, this month’s focus is entirely on nailing the core architectural foundations of the room.

This means Part 8 is packed with all the modular cabinetry essentials you need to lay down your layout, featuring a mix of rich wood grains and custom painted swatches to give you that ultimate traditional-meets-modern Spanish look.

Items Include:

The Modular Counter (With Splashback): Features a built-in stone or tiled splashback designed to sit seamlessly against your kitchen walls.

The Modular Counter (No Splashback): A completely flat-top variant for ultimate layout versatility under windows or unique setups.

The Matching Island Unit: Features bespoke, custom-sculpted tile pieces tailored specifically to the island mesh for a flawless, premium finish.

What's coming next: Since the intricate tile mapping and high-poly stonework took up the heavy lifting for this initial drop, this is just the beginning of the kitchen! Over the next few parts, we’ll be bringing this space completely to life with a full suite of custom integrated appliances, open shelving alternatives, unique sink units, and plenty of curated culinary clutter to give it that lived-in, luxury feel.

introducing the fourth part of my HAUS collection. this part focuses on the random items that i personally find necessary in my sims homes. i understand that this might not interest everyone & i promise i'll be back working on the rooms soon. this set includes various outlets & light switches alongside household electronics such as a burglar alarm, thermostat & doorbell.

i've stuck to a pretty basic colour palette here with what i believe to be the perfect neutrals to suit any home whether you love the basic whites or if you like the warm toned beiges to match your wallpaper. i've tried to match a semi modern theme with the electronics without them appearing too expensive looking & tech-y, in hopes that it'll suit a low budget home also.

Belgravia part 3 is here! Focused on the reading part of the apartment, you will also find the dining corner that is next to it!

To create this corner, you will find bookshelves, books, a coffee table, a stool, decorative vase and metallic box,, a dining table and dining chair to put alongside a decorative fireplace and an abstract painting with a slanted version of it. Those elegant bookshelves can be placed side by side and connect perfectly so you can create the illusion they are modular. I also liked the way the books are placed horizontally on the shelves of the reference apartment, so I've made several variations so you can create a wall of full bookshelves without feeling the repetition. You will also have standard books layouts that feet the i and 2 tiles wide of the shelves if you want to fill them quickly. You will also get my first ever stairs, with a matching railing and fence. I am very happy with the result and the fact it can be very useful for industrial buildings too! I hope you will like these new items ! 🥰
