cuddle while watching tv

this mod adds a new romantic interaction: "cuddle while watching tv". it becomes available when two sims are sitting close to each other and both of them are watching tv.

base game compatible requires the xml injector

by default, the animation depends on the actor's gender: - if the actor is a female sim, she will be the one being cuddled. - if the actor is a male sim, he will be the one doing the cuddling. if you want to change this, use my other mod.

it works similarly to the in game "cuddle while watching movie" and "snuggle" interactions, with similar outcomes, autonomy and availability requirements.

the sims facial expressions will reflect the emotions they are feeling at that moment.

important issue: there is no real tv focus!

sims will not actually keep looking at the tv, so please place the tv in front of the sofa if you want the interaction to look more natural.

in the original "cuddle while watching movie" interaction, the tv focus is mostly done through head movement, and even there it doesn't always look perfect. but with a more complex pose like this, where sims are actually cuddling, i could not make it work in a way that looked good.

the interaction is available when sims are sitting close to each other on regular sofas or benches. sectional sofas are not supported. both sims should already be watching tv, either a tv channel or a movie.

you can find the interaction in the 'romance' category. it lasts around 90–120 in-game minutes.

DEFAULT high school homework replacement by mariliuiw

Default replacement for high school homework. There are three cover swatches to choose from, as well as page replacements. Compatible with the base game.

You can have only one replacement of this item at a time, otherwise they will conflict with each other. Please add ONLY ONE of the three files to your game.

Haya Jeans ✦ By Moontaart

The concept for this photoshoot was "thrift shop in a castle" and ended up more "fancy estate sale" which I guess is pretty much the same thing. 😆 These are some very basic (but essential!) baggy jeans, with a shoelace belt variant to spice things up a bit. As with all my denim items, you can pick from a selection of 25 classic denim washes (V1) or my default 45 swatch palette (V2). 👖

Haze Tiles (Walls & Floors)

I've had this tile design saved in my inspiration folder for a while, and I finally brought it to life in The Sims as Haze Tiles. The swatches are also largely inspired by this design: the wall tiles come in mixed "gradients", while the floor tiles come in matching solid shades. WURK Decor - WURK Cabinetry Addon with 50 Items

This took far longer then I expected, but that is decor items for you. I really wanted to finish off the workshop look from WURK Cabinetry with decor that would set the mood. That resulted in about 2 months of work on and off (since I was sick and was spending time with family). Now it is done, and in my opinion, services a part of the catalogue often overlooked so I hope it sees the same amount of love that was put in to make it reality.

Hello guys,

I am here to say hi and publish a new set :) I really enjoyed making these items. I also tried to make some textures with a beaten, worn look. I'm not gonna lie, it was challenging for me, but I really enjoyed the process and had a lot of fun.I will definitely experiment more with textures and add more cute details in the future! I did a similar set a long time ago, and instead of inventing a new name, I named it "Teens" as it works well together with the style of the previous "Teens" set :)
