I can't believe it's already been a year. I remember exactly where I was and what I was doing when I found out he had passed away. It still seems so surreal. Today, I'm grateful for his legacy and so many of the inspiring quotes that were shared following his passing. These quotes helped me eventually realize I desperately wanted to teach yoga, and explore the psychological benefits of a practice, specifically.
