been there before! self isolating tends to makes things worse I'd suggest being out more either with friends or on solo activities so you're engaging with something (art / crafts / games) and also slowly feel more connected to everyone around you too! Also whenever I've gone through periods of feeling strange and dissociated from everything I've tried to find something new to ground me whether it's a new band or a long book to read everywhere or a physical activity like yoga. Helps if it's something new so your interest is sustained.

not rly I'm really trying to get an office crush because it does give you the will to come to work but everyone in my building is ugly as hell 😔 also I prefer bees... I 🩷 honey in my turmeric milk and green teas ofc I love them for what they r and not just what they do for me too
