anyway if anyone has medium distance tips … i will be spending the summer there and moving her in + visiting her at the bare Minimum like every 2-4 weeks bc its incredibly cheap to take the bus over but still daunting since weve been glued to the hip for 5 years and living together or in the same building for years

not set in stone it looks like i will be living with my gf still for about a month as she starts medical school and then go back to my current place for about a year doing medium/long distance until im ready to move up with her . obviously weve been dating for 5 years and will be getting engaged soon so shes stuck with me no matter what of course lol . i think just right now the idea of moving to a car dependent area as someone without a license with no one i know there while shes busy in med school with no job lined up there is a lot at once and recipe for like . developing turbo mega depression . so for now staying and working here until ive gotten a license and made peace with moving feels like better long term plan for mental health + our relationship

just unfortunate to have like issue of i am leaving my job and job searching moving and dad hospitalized at the same time . too much to worry about at once
