You must clear all the ways you allow fear to close off your connection with the people you really want to build with or love on in a platonic or romantic way. You must clear all the ways you allow fear to dissociate you from your body and turn towards disordered eating and other distractions when you really want to learn your body and be your body's best lover and caretaker. You must clear all the ways you allow fear and other distractions to close you off from your connection with the earth/nature/myth beings/subtle/magical when you really want to build a relationship with limitless possibilities. Building invisible walls keeps you from loving fully or receiving love. Fear. The expectation of hurt or pain closes up your womb, a womb that is too hard and burdened from carrying around tons of energetic wounds that haven't happened and the residue of past wounds. The wounded soul feels justified in protecting herself, even though fearing the possibility of pain or heartache is what keeps out the love and expansion. The healing is in realizing that you are completely loved and completely lovable, as you are, right now today, with all your wounds intact, which then begins the dissolution process.
