please I'm struggling so much I'm back to "can't get out of bed" mode anymore which is bad since I have to do my classes and other responsibilities but I just reached this awful crash/breakdown that's left me frozen in place since yesterday... I'm thinking of maybe giving myself a break but idek how I'm supposed to do that, I feel motivated for literally nothing so I can't even come up with "fun" things to do, I just hate being awake so much.

why do people think vocal tics reflect how you really feel ????? my friend's reaction to mine were "well that thought was in your head so you meant it, even if you didn't mean to say it, you still meant what you thought :))))))" when I explained that they come out without me meaning them, my friend doesn't believe me, and now I seem "crazy", I have just been struggling so much today and it's such a shitty feeling that now my friends have to find me crazy and annoying, too
