This was part of my workout today & I was struggling!

It looks simple but don’t underestimate it!!

Second workout with Keelo app today was a success!! I won’t lie I was struggling with the conditioning part of my workout. Strength has always come easy to me but cardio is a whole other beast! It’s always been my weakness.

If we want to improve we have to tackle our weaknesses head on & attack them! I encourage you to do something that pushes you out of your comfort zone & challenges you!!

Started a new workout program today with the Keelo app!

Normally I like to make my own workouts, but lately I’ve felt bored & unmotivated. Usually I don’t like relinquishing “control” of my workouts to someone else, but I’ve found when I follow a program I typically see a lot more progress than I do navigating it on my own.

This program is a CrossFit style program, the app allows you to personalize your goals, fitness level, & equipment available. You can even request to exclude certain movements if you have an injury or just don’t prefer those movements in your workouts.

I’ve seen this circulate FB multiple times over the years but it never gets old. It should be shared constantly.

In this trying time one this is for certain:

GOD is the only ONE who can save us.

GOD is the only ONE who can protect us.

GOD is the only ONE our eyes should be on.

God loves us so much He sent His only Son to die for us on the cross.

Jesus died for us and all the corruption that is currently in our world.

Jesus died to save us from the evil that is currently in our world.

God is real.

His son Jesus is real.

Heaven is real.

My prayer is that in this time of unrest and spiritual warfare we are all drawing close to God. My prayer is that if your heart is not right with God you turn your eyes toward Him and open your heart because He loves you and so desperately wants a relationship with you.
