Haunted Rollercoaster

I love that Jude isn't love-struck and following Cardan like a puppy. I am glad she's not constantly talking about how "hot" he is and she is not instantly in-love with him. She is her own person with ambition and is willing to actually do what it takes to get what she wants. She doesn't only think about it or have it suddenly handed to her, she acts on her desires and achieves them. Frequently getting hurt in some way in the process, too.

Cardan has genuine cruelty that he isn't afraid to lean into, genuine vulnerability and the ability to fully admit it without making excuses. He isn't physically domineering and built so big he can't fit in a doorway. He's a spoiled little pretty boy.

These two were backstabbing each other and pissing each other off constantly. They were taunting and threatening and angry. They were frustrated. They were disgusted. The hate between them was real and mutual.

The Folk of the Air trilogy isn't a one-sided 'MMC is shitty and abusive to the soft, loving FMC but he's really been a good guy all along and he's loved her since before she was even born and all the hate they felt was sexual attraction because of a mating bond created by the stars' story.

I think the fibers would play a big part. He would only wear high end fabrics- 100% wool for a lot of his items. Not because he cares, but because he knows the big players can tell.

In his free time (what free time though be real) I could see him wearing sweats, but even those would be perfectly pressed, no stains, quality fabric, and as a matching set.

He would wear a Rolex. He probably has a different Rolex for every day of the week. His cufflinks are worth a car. He definitely didn’t pay for any of it, but realistically neither do the real billionaires of today.

wylan is very easily calmed by watching fish swim around

matthias loves winter but dislikes summer, nina loves summer but dislikes winter. they help each other romanticise all the seasons.

wylan thinks kaz stealing his fathers dekappel is the funniest thing ever and comments on it every single time he sees it, like “wow what a nice painting, where’d you get that?” etc

- There’s a person on Pinterest who looks identical to someone who manipulated like 8 of my friends and it’s so weird

- In 6th grade I had a crush on a pretty obviously gay man and had no idea because I barely knew what being gay was lol

- Let’s just say I’ve listened to the song Heather by Conan Gray a lot and it’s been very applicable to literally four situations I’ve found myself in because I always seem to end up liking someone who likes someone else

- I have a doppelgänger - if you asked our closest friends to describe us you would get the same answers, and our college applications looked exactly the same. Same grades, classes, clubs, extracurriculars, family dynamics, down to her living in the same neighborhood as me. Only problem is she hates my guts and nobody knows why.

- old friend of mine bullied me for an interest only to develop the same interest 3 months later and never apologized

- met my previous boyfriend on a cruise ship. His name was Jack. The ship did not sink somehow

- I absolutely love swimming and was pretty fast when I was on swim team, but I’ve developed a condition that makes it impossible for me to swim.

- I can picture a cow in my head and rotate it, but I can’t ever see the right side of it. My brain just jumped from bottom to top and then continues to rotate. I can see the left side though.
