Thinking again of how beautiful the character dynamics in RE9 were.

Grace did everything to save Emily, and Leon did everything to save Grace

Grace, despite being re-traumatised from the place, terrified and anxiety ridden, leaps into dark pit to go after and save a girl she just met.

And Leon, despite years of being used as a government puppet, seeing people dying and traumatised by not being able to save so many people, never got jaded or cynical with age but still deeply cared so much. So much that he was literally dying and in alot of pain but still laser focused on saving Grace's life.

And then it came full circle. Grace saved his life, and he saved Emily by avoiding her vitals. Even at his most jaded, Leon still couldn't go through with killing a person.

And Grace, even being at her most hopeless when she thought Emily died, still couldn't bear to stay behind in case she wasn't able to save Leon and another person with her died again.

Okay so the fact that barely anyone talks about how Rizka in her very first appearance seriously injured Chris is crazy 😭 Like chill? I know it's meant to show how she comes from a cutthroat ruthless fighting background but it was still pretty wild to see. The vagueness of the injury was intentional cuz regardless, its still kinda insane to meet newer agents younger than you and then straight up slash/ stab (neither option makes it better) one of them in a fight competition. It's not like this is a death tournament 💀

Yeah. I felt like it made him more entertaining somewhat and gave him something more than just making his stoic brooding trait his entire personality. I don't know why they completely ditched that part of him later on. I cannot imagine current Rizwan being snarky like this anymore

I imagine that we should be glad Bruce became Batman.

Because in my head, every universe Bruce isn't Batman goes one way.

And that is he becomes a doctor and still adopts kids whose parents he's tried saving but couldn't.

And now these kids gonna kill for him.

The Graysons died on impact, but Bruce still ran from the crowd to check their vitals and made sure he got custody of their child. He tried saving Catherine when she overdosed but was too late. He helped organize the Drakes' funeral.

Now, Dick, Jason and Tim are menaces. It's on-sight for anyone who is a threat to their dad. God help you if Alfred catches wind of it.

Funniest part? They never tell each other they're killing for their dad.

Some guy punched Bruce and called him a curse because he didn't hook him up with prescription drugs? Dick dumps his body in a river on Gotham's outskirts. Comes home on time for dinner and reading Jason a book.

Some employee blackmailing Bruce because ehe has experience and money? Well, tortured and overdosed because Jason knows all you need to about drugs. Comes home and asks Bruce if he'll die eating 2 panadols for his headache.

Some pervert thinking they can touch Bruce when no one's looking? Well, they're hung outside Luthor's hospital from a lamppost because Tim read the threatening email Luthor sent Bruce. Comes home and listens to Bruce drone about his patients that day.

One fateful day, Tim hired help online to trudge the body of a bartender who helped spike Bruce's drunk into a hired van. The hired help is Jason. The getaway driver is Dick. They all pause and do the Spiderman meme, pointing at each other.

Once they meet and realise they all in this together, the kill count goes up FAST.

All the while, Bruce is oblivious, sipping his tea Alfred gave him, vowing to keep his sweet, innocent, can-do-nothing-wrong kids away from a life of violence and crime.

Okay, so I was looking at the character popularity final votes and HOW TF IS GANZ 3RD PLACE? Dos & Karya are in top 5, cool, and Alicia & Ali, 2nd and 1st, makes sense too. But Ganz in 3rd place?? There are countless better characters that could have been in 3rd place. 😭😭 Aliya, Niki, Zain, and, heck, even Rizwan. He has like the most character screentime and development after Ali and Alicia.

You probably won't believe me, but there is actually a reason for it (tho it's not technically reasonable). There is a person who is known as the biggest Ganz fan trademark on insta and they confirmed they played as the big part as to why Ganz's 3rd in the popularity poll. From I remember, they did 10,000+ votes each day 😭😭 There is probably other Ganz fans maybe, but this is new ( and insane lol )
