😭 murderbot's interactions with mensah's kids continues to delight me. Its relationship with amena was already very sweet, but i'm completely melting at its dynamic with sofi.

The first thing she said to it when it showed up was a string of "❤️❤️❤️❤️😭😭😭😭😭" in their feed conversation????

And then later when she holds its hand 🥺 i love you sofi!!!!!

Amena and Murderbot are officially BFFs. How else do we explain it RECORDING HER MOTHER SWEARING just because Murderbot thinks she MIGHT APPRECIATE IT?!?!

I'm in love with the background relationship these two have now. Murderbot letting her do its hair (omfg, I bet Amena helped pick out the new hair colour and style), and it recording moments it thinks she will appreciate.

Still a fucking awesome book and a wonderful addition to the Murderbot Diaries. But sadly lacking of interactions with any of our favourite reoccurring characters.
