BREAKING MY SILENCE

As the genocide continues, the people of Gaza are still starving and dying of thirst—when they are not under constant bombardment by the Israeli occupation. In response, a group of youth from the “Hope Without Return” camp have launched a volunteer team to provide relief for the camp. The first aid efforts will begin once donations are collected—thanks to your support. We will share updates and initiatives as soon as they begin, to help our people in Gaza survive.

I am Eman from Gaza, 29 years old. I stand before you as a human being trying to protect her children. I am married and a mother of two children: waleed, 8 years old, and Layan, 5 years old.

We live a life filled with fear, hunger, and displacement. We have been displaced seven times and are now in the Mawasi area of ​​Khan Younis, south of Gaza. It is difficult for me to describe what we face daily in Gaza: no food, no drink, no medicine, oppression, helplessness, psychological pressure, doubt, and daily trauma due to the loss of loved ones in Gaza.

The crossings are closed, prices are high, the stones have become more severe on us, we have not found food in the markets to eat, my children are suffering from a shortage of food, the situation here is absolutely catastrophic.💔

Now, I find myself in this difficult situation. I humbly and strongly ask you to help me save my children's lives. All we want now is to buy them some food, due to the high prices and the closure of the crossings.🍉

Ibrahim is only fifteen years old, and this is the kind of things he has to deal with because of the occupation. He dreams of continuing his education, but this genocide has taken that from him. Ibrahim’s home, school, and the places he used to spend his time have been destroyed, and he has been displaced multiple times and lost many relatives in the bombings. No one should have to go through this, and especially not at his age.

On top of this, both of his parents suffer from health issues, which is scary enough for a child to experience even outside of a war zone where they can’t get adequate treatment.

Prices in Gaza are sky high for food, medications and other necessities, and evacuations are expensive too. If you can donate to Ibrahim’s campaign, you are helping this family survive until the border reopens, and making sure they can afford to leave when they have the chance.

Thanks to Ibrahim’s hard work campaigning for his family, they have reached almost 90% of their goal, but they still have a little under 10,000 to go. Please don’t ignore him and don’t let this campaign slow down when they are so close to reaching their goal 🙏🏼🇵🇸

We lack basic human needs, no food, no electricity, no water. We have been poisoned and infected🍞 by the unhealthy water🥛 we drink. During this period, she felt remorse at how difficult it was for a mother to see her children sick and unable to treat them because she is also very sick.
